What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect personal data only when it is a mechanical necessity to provide our branding services or to fulfill legal obligations.
- Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
- Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
- Contact Forms: When you submit a project inquiry, we collect your name, email, and company details. This data is kept for 2 years for customer service purposes but is not used for marketing unless you explicitly opt-in.
- Cookies: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to monitor site performance. This data is pseudonymized (IP masking is active) to protect your identity. You can opt-out via your browser’s “Do Not Track” settings.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2025, “Confidential” and “Restricted” data are stored within Bangladesh. General technical data and contact information may be transferred to cloud servers located in the US or EU (e.g., Google Cloud). We ensure these providers meet GDPR-equivalent standards through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Automated decision making: We do not use automated profiling or decision-making that has a legal effect on our users.
How we protect your data: We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for staff, and regular security audits of our WordPress environment.
Data breach procedures: In the event of a significant data breach, we will notify the Bangladesh Data Protection Authority and affected users within 72 hours.
